Pasta with seafood
 
Rich in protein, copper, magnanese, phosphorus, selenium, calcium, vitamin B12. Contains phytic acid.

Cooking Time: 50 min
Serving: 4

Ingredients

250 g. pasta shells.

1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 stalks leek, finely chopped
500 g. seafood mix, frozen

Sauce
1 Liter water
12 tbsp milk powder, skim
4 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp nutmeg
1 dash white pepper

½ cup yellow cheese, light shredded

Preparation

Boil pasta for 10 minutes until cooked. Drain and spread pasta in a pan (20 x 30 cm). Set aside.

Heat the oil and add the leeks and stir-fry for 1 min.
Add the seafood and mix well. Cook seafood for 5 min or until water evaporates.

Mix the white sauce ingredients. Add gradually to seafood on stir continuously on the stove under medium heat until sauce thickens.
Pour evenly seafood and sauce mix in the pan above the pasta. Stir slow in the pan.

Sprinkle the pan with the shredded cheese and place it in a preheated oven (200°C) for 20 min.

Cut and serve hot.
